Adrian was very excited to learn that he has been awarded the Most Popular Foreign Writer Award in the highly prestigeous 35th Galaxy Awards announced on Saturday 28 Septermber 2024 in Chengdu, China.
Many thanks go to the Chinese Science Fiction and Fantasy community and Adrian hopes they will enjoy several more stories being translated into Chinese (see below for more news from China!)
An exciting new arrival at Portia House this week was this beautiful copy of Kehuan Shijie (Science Fiction World), a monthly science fiction magazine published in Chengdu, China.
It was wonderful to meet Chinese fans at the recent Glasgow WorldCon and Adrian hopes that Chinese readers will enjoy reading all the science fiction featured in it.
This month, it has a translation of Adrian's "Cage Of Souls", which inspired the cover artwork, and includes an interview with Adrian featured in its pages.
