Stanisław Lem's novella, "The Inquest" from his 1968 science fiction short story collection, "Opowieści o pilocie Pirxie" ("Tales of Pirx the Pilot") is being adapted by Adrian for the screen. 

The film is being produced by Nafta Films, and Film and Music Entertainment with support from Estonian Film Institute, the Cultural Endowment of Estonia, and the Creative Europe MEDIA Program (Variety).

Space pilot, Pirx, takes a covert mission to the rings of Saturn and an accident happens which almost kills the entire crew.

Is Pirx responsible? Or was it the robots? Only "The Inquest" can decide.
